Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded a successful IT company focused on Fintech solution, which he sold to a Swiss company after two years. Transitioning to a real estate investor, he led projects in Europe and Southeast Asia, achieving annual returns exceeding 20%. Julien then founded and managed the Aeronautics Fund, the first hedge fund for aircraft teardown and leasing, and launched several funds for securitising aircraft engines through Heritaviation. As a Partner at Alma Aviation and Archer Aviation, he structured sale and leaseback deals for commercial airliners. Julien is also an angel investor, supporting innovative startups across various sectors. He has invested in deep-tech and agri-tech startups, leveraging his keen eye for promising opportunities and driving them towards success. Formerly at Sapinda Holding UK, she served as an Investment Director and Portfolio Manager, excelling in deal origination and portfolio management. She served as VP at Lepe Partners, a prominent London-based merchant bank, now Alvarium Tiedemann—a NASDAQ—listed company, in which she advised European SMEs on capital raising and M&A. Her diverse journey includes roles at a Time Warner in London, orchestrating acquisition deals, and a notable nine-year stint at EY in New York and London, and PwC in Seoul where she was in the Global Capital Market Group, enabling private firms to achieve US IPO. Jai holds the AICPA license in New York, the UK CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance (Level III), and an MSc in Finance from the London Business School.
Amar brings a wealth of experience across banking, finance, technology, and global business expansion, with a career spanning Australia, the U.S., and key international markets. Beginning his career in banking and finance in Sydney, Australia, He later gained experience in the telco/digital infrastructure sector before transitioning to strategy and product development in wealth management in New York. He later served as Director of Finance and COO at the University of Sydney, where he led the global expansion of a for-profit business across energy, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, and technology sectors. His leadership extended internationally, driving sales and deal execution across Australia, the U.S., Canada, India, Singapore, and China. An entrepreneur at heart, Amar founded an EdTech company, successfully exiting in 2020, before co-founding Klaviss, an industry first multi-AI Agent ecosystem for the real estate industry, with three patents pending, headquartered in Silicon Valley. Amar studied Software Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Cambridge, and an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales.
